The Twelve-Touch Nurture Sequence Every Agent Should Run
Most opportunities do not disappear because the prospect said no. They disappear because the follow-up ran out too early, felt too random, or never built enough trust to keep moving. That is why a structured nurture sequence matters.

The Twelve-Touch Nurture Sequence Every Agent Should Run

Most opportunities do not disappear because the prospect said no. They disappear because the follow-up ran out too early, felt too random, or never built enough trust to keep moving. That is why a structured nurture sequence matters.
A twelve-touch sequence creates rhythm. It gives prospects multiple chances to respond, multiple ways to engage, and enough exposure to remember who you are. The goal is not to harass people. The goal is to stay relevant long enough for timing, trust, and clarity to line up.
A good sequence blends channels. Text can create immediacy. Email can carry more education. Voicemail can add human warmth. The order matters, but the bigger issue is consistency. Too many agents rely on emotional follow-up: they reach out when motivated and disappear when discouraged. Systems solve that.
At PMG, we encourage nurture that feels intentional instead of aggressive. The sequence should move from acknowledgment to value, from value to invitation, from invitation to reminder. It should answer common concerns, share helpful insight, and make the next step easy. Not every touch should ask for the appointment in the same way.
The beauty of a structured sequence is that it protects effort already spent. If you paid for the lead, created the content, or earned the inquiry, then your follow-up process should honor that investment. The nurture template helps you stay organized without sounding robotic.
Trust often grows quietly. A prospect may ignore the first few touches and respond to the sixth because something changed in their life. Without a system, that delayed timing becomes a missed opportunity. With a system, it becomes a conversion point.
Next Steps
If you want a nurture process that builds trust and protects more of the opportunities you already create, PMG can help you build it.
